  • Detaillageplan mit Eintragung der Bohrorte im Maßstab 1:5.000 oder 1:1.000
  • Erwartetes Schichtenprofil des Untergrunds mit schematischem Ausbauplan

Das Formular kann nur abgesendet werden, sofern die entsprechenden Unterlagen hochgeladen wurden.

Enthält das Vertrauensnivau auf dessen Grundlage die Authentifizierung stattgefunden hat. Wird unter anderem genutzt um die Fieldsets mit den Bürgerkontodaten entsprechend zu kennzeichnen und dem Sachbearbeiter das zu grunde liegende Vertrauensnivau auf einen Blick anzuzeigen

Hinweis: Im Rahmen der Anzeige sind Bohrungen im obersten Grundwasserstockwerk zulässig.

Nicht zulässig sind Bohrungen in gut geschützte „gespannte“ Grundwasservorkommen und in tiefere Grundwasserstockwerke, da diese der Sicherung der Trinkwasserversorgung vorbehalten bleiben. Gespannte Grundwasservorkommen sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundwasser auf größerer Fläche durch eine Ton-  oder Schluffschicht überdeckt ist und darunter unter Druck ansteht.

Für entsprechend tiefe Bohrungen ist eine wasserrechtliche Erlaubnis erforderlich.
